Prof. Peter Goßens

Prof. Dr. Peter Großens studied Comparative Literature, Modern German Literature and Italian Studies at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University Bonn. In 1998 he received his doctorate in Bonn with a thesis on ‘Paul Celan’s Ungaretti translation’. In 2006 he became a research assistant at the Chair of Comparative Literature of the Ruhr University Bochum.
In 2011 he obtained his habilitation and was appointed as a private tutor in the subjects General and Comparative Literature and Modern German Literature. Since 2017 he is an associate professor.
